Why is my item on backorder?
Sometimes items sell more quickly than expected and it takes a day or two before we realize that we’ve sold out. Sometimes it’s something beyond our control, like an early monsoon season that prevents our Indian textile vendors from drying their hand-printed bedding outside, delaying our shipment for a couple of weeks.
No matter the reason, we do our best to let you know ASAP and keep you informed about backorder dates. Backordered items can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at 844-474-8800 or customerservice@petalura.com. There is no additional shipping charge for backordered items.
