Shipping Times
We can only ship to addresses in the US, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. If your item is in stock, it will usually ship the next business day from our Chicago headquarters. With standard shipping, you can expect your order to the continental US within 5 to 10 business days. We recommend expedited shipping for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii; standard shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Expedited delivery orders placed after 3:00 pm Central Time will ship the next business day.

Expedited Shipping*
Express delivery orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will ship the next business day. (So an order placed at 4 pm on the Friday before Labor Day, for example, won’t ship until the next Tuesday.) We recommend that deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii be shipped via express delivery. Ground shipping can take up to 3 weeks.
