About COVID-Related Shipping Delays

Like many retailers, we are experiencing inventory and shipping delays due to COVID-related disruptions around the world. New inventory arrives daily as cities, states, and countries ease their lockdown guidelines. The situation is changing rapidly.

Shipping Times

As long as it remains safe to do so, we will continue to ship in-stock items directly from our Chicago studio—usually within 4-8 business days of receiving your order. We have seen some significant, localized shipping delays, but most orders are still arriving within 8-12 business days.

We can only ship to addresses in the US, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Some items (such as personalized items) ship directly from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive. This info will be near the bottom of the item description in the catalog or online.
