Tagua nut beads and freshwater pearls are cradled by a curving piece of black silicone in this simple, striking necklace. Lightweight, candy red tagua nut is shaped and polished to a high shine that has more in common with a sleek sports car than with the palm tree that tagua comes from. The secure clasp simply pushes together and is easy to fasten on one’s own. Designed and made in a small, family-run studio in California.

Fabulous!

I went out to dinner at a lovely local restaurant this evening, and I was so glad I was wearing my new "Little Red Corvette" necklace. I was surprised to see the designer, Christian Siriano, dining with a group at the restaurant. I couldn't resist going up to him and telling him that I think he's fabulous, and he said that "Well, so are you." Wow!

Little Red Corvette, indeed!

The Little Red Corvette necklace is great fun. The name adds to the whimsy and sophistication of the necklace. It goes wonderfully with the Dalmatian jacket with a black shirt under it. . I wore them to an event last week and had many compliments and questions as to where I got both of them. I purchased the earrings too, but I think they are too big to wear with the necklace. It was a bit too much red altogether because I wear glasses the same red as the necklace. I have pearl earrings the same size as the pearls in the necklace and it worked well. The earrings will make a statement standing alone.

Little Red Corvette necklace

I love my Little Red Corvette necklace, the first time I wore it with my Petalura white basic swing T shirt and black onyx earrings, the second time with my Petalura black basic swing T shirt with large pearl earrings to match the pearls in the necklace. If you carried the same color Red earrings in a button size, I would purchase them in a heartbeat, please think about this.
