It is beautiful. However, I gave only 4 stars as a few of the pieces are tied so that they don't hang correctly.

Best customer service ever!

I had a very specific shipping/timing request - needed a gift to arrive ahead of a specific day at a rental property. Ken was more than accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure that the specific mail carrier that would deliver to this rental property would be the one mailing the gift, which wasn't their usual mail carrier, all at no extra cost to me. The gift arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. I am so, so grateful.

The product itself, the Serene Waters Wind Chime, is GORGEOUS. From the colors to the design to the sound. It's very sturdy, too, so while it may look too pretty to hang outside, it can withstand wind and should be a welcome addition to any garden. Highly recommend.

Would 100% order from Petalura in the future - in fact, I look forward to it.
