Description
Meet the Stone Canyon Shirt Jacket, inspired by the traces of ancient rivers on desert rock. Sandy-hued woven poly has black peeking through its crinkled fabric, creating one-of-a-kind texture. Thin, flexible wire in the collar allows for customizable styling. Black appliqué highlights faux ivory chopstick buttons while front and back pleats provide a comfortable, generous fit. Complete with side-seam pockets, long sleeves, and a straight hem.

Please note that shirt jackets don’t typically have buttons all the way to the hem like a blouse does. You may prefer to pair this with a cami or other base layer when wearing it buttoned as a shirt.

A Beauty

Just about like everything else I ordered, this jacket is a beauty to be worn by itself or over another outfit as needed. The fabric and the little touches make it a showstopper.

A mixed bag

Love the fabric, style and fit but was so disappointed with how poorly the black squares are sewn on. That and the cheap white buttons really took away from the elegance of the blouse. I took it to my tailor who was able to fix the sewing and change the buttons, adding to the already somewhat high price. Worth it to me, but may not be to you.

Buttons, buttons, who sewed the buttons???

My wife has 4 tops from this manufacturer. They ALL have the same problem. The buttons are not sewn on. They run a medium thread through each side of the button and tie each end off on the other side of the material with a knot. The knot pulls through the material and the button pops off. We both sew and for each button we have to manually sew them on. These in the picture we sewed on ourselves.
